Nach längerem und auch fehlerfreiem Betrieb kann es schon einmal vorkommen, dass ein DB Ziel im Grid Control als heruntergefahren angezeigt wird.

Grid Control: ORA-12541: TNS: Kein Listener (DBD ERROR: OCIServerAttach)

Um das Problem zu beheben einfach auf dem Ziel-Host, in diesem Fall ein Windows System, folgende Befehle im „AGENT_HOME“ ausführen.

cmd>%AGENT_HOME%\bin\ emctl clearstate agent
Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Release 1 Grid Control 11.1.0.1.0
 Copyright (c) 1996, 2010 Oracle Corporation.  All rights reserved.
 EMD clearstate completed successfully

cmd>%AGENT_HOME%\bin\ emctl status agent
