The overall result of this check is: Failed &lt;&lt;&lt;&lt;\r\nProblem: Oracle Database 10g is not certified on the current operating system.\r\nRecommendation: Make sure you are installing the software on the correct platform\r\n=======================================================================<\/pre>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aber zuerst, welches Oracle Client Release ist \u00fcberhaupt f\u00fcr welches Windows durch Oracle zertifiziert?<br \/>\nErstes Gebot, RTFM:<\/p>\n<p>Auszug aus der Dokumentation\u00a0B15680-19:<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;<br \/>\nThe following operating systems are supported for these releases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows Vista x64Oracle Database 10g\u00a0Release 2 (10.2.0.4 or later) for Windows x64 is certified on Windows Vista x64. The 32-bit versions of Oracle Database Client (10.2.0.4 or later) are supported on Windows Vista x64.<\/li>\n<li>Windows Server 2008 x64Oracle Database 10g\u00a0Release 2 (10.2.0.4 or later) for Windows x64 is certified on Windows Server 2008 x64 (all editions). The 32-bit versions of Oracle Database Client (10.2.0.4 or later) are supported on Windows Server 2008 x64.<\/li>\n<li>Windows 7 x64Oracle Database and Oracle Database Client 10g\u00a0Release 2 (10.2.0.5) for Windows x64 are supported on Windows 7 x64.<\/li>\n<li>Windows Server 2008 R2 x64Oracle Database and Oracle Database Client 10g\u00a0Release 2 (10.2.0.5) for Windows x64 are supported on Windows Server 2008 R2 x64.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Um die Meldung nun \u00fcberwinden zu k\u00f6nnen, sollte das &#8222;minimal zugelassene&#8220; und angepasste Oracle Client Release 10.2.0.4 installiert werden (f\u00fcr Installation ab Windows 2008). Evtl. muss ein Parameter beim Starten des Setups mitgegeben werden, der die Systempr\u00fcfung ausl\u00e4sst. Dieser Parameter funktioniert, ist aber von Oracle nicht empfohlen.<\/p>\n<pre>cmd&gt;setup.exe -ignoreSysprereqs<\/pre>\n<p>Nun startet das Setup und der Oracle Client kann wie gewohnt installiert werden. Damit w\u00e4ren die minimal Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr Windows Vista erf\u00fcllt.
